A Persian New Year staple dish it is a delicious and nourishing blend of fresh herbs, pulses, spinach, beet leaf, with the star ingredient being Persian Noodles and garnished with caramelised fried onions, fried garlic and fermented yoghurt whey. Easy to make as a Gluten Free, Dairy Free dish, this chunky soup (Ashe) hits all the taste spots and is supper healthy too!
